Southern California Robotics League, Inc. provides STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education services, including but not limited to:

  • Summer camps and intensive programs
  • School partnership programs

Our services are designed for students, parents, educators, and organizations interested in STEM education and robotics. Specific program details, schedules, and fees are available upon request or through program registration.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 13
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable law

For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our services.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Site and services, you agree to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Site or services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the courts as described in Section 12.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Southern California Robotics League, Inc. regarding the use of the Site and services and supersede any prior agreements.

16. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
